The organization is among oldest non-governmental organizations of Ukraine. He has many years' experience of cooperation with Danish, German, American, Polish, Russian organizations. He is a partner of Soros Foundation in Ukraine.

Since 2000 he is a director of the Department of Training programmes of the AKHALAR Centre. He develops and conducts open and corporative trainings for business-clients, local authorities, non-governmental organizations in the territory of Ukraine and Russia. He held about 78 open and corporative programmes and trainings, including ten «Clean Earth» international weekly leadership camps, three four-month coach courses « Business from the Ground up ». Three 21 days remote training-marathons for self-discipline.

From 2005 he in his own example promulgates EcoLifeStyle, technologies of autonomy and energy saving. He studies and uses natural nonviolent paradigm of management. He in practice examines and sets new models of life.

[Over Professional Education]
For realization of his perspective of modern education he initiated creation of Country Study Center in 2005. On its basis in 2006, under the auspices of European Commission he unfolded «The Area of Development » project.

The sphere of particular interest is gift and creative work. As a supervisor he oversees the programme of creative development of children «Happy People» http://happy-people.kiev.ua. From time to time he leads training programmes for non-adults.
[Transformation of Intellect]
Last five years he personally take part in a complex social-psychological experiment. In mode 24/7 in actual practice he examines practical application of borderline state and situation for the purpose of deep transformation of sensorium. 

From 2008 he actively practices the method of intellect devastation.

He conducts personal sessions for elimination of individual limitations employing methods of energy and meta-psychology.
